From October 2016, the two hundred targeted farmers will be organized and structured into twenty groups. They will be trained in technical, economic management and planning of activities. They will benefit from support and technical means facilitating their access to the market and microfinance.

The seeds, produced by the Agronomic Research Institute of the Ministry of Scientific Research and Technological Innovation, will be distributed in May 2017 for the first production cycle. The first harvest is planned for September of the same year. In total, 1,600 tonnes of beans are expected over three years with five production cycles on the program.

The World Food Program (WFP) is committed to buying 30% of this production from the school feeding program to supply its school canteens.
