Congo’ exports increased from 523.599 billion FCFA in the second quarter of 2019 to 211.298 billion FCFA in the second quarter of 2019, a decrease of 312.301 billion FCFA, corresponding to 59,65 %.
For the same period, imports amounted to 269.229 billion FCFA, compared to 325.614 billion FCFA in the second quarter of 2019, an increase of FCFA 56.385 billion (20,94%).
As for the trade balance, in the second quarter of 2019, it was 114.316 billion FCFA, a decrease of 368.686 billion FCFA, corresponding to 144.94% compared to the first quarter of 2019.
