In order to obtain an export or re-export declaration, the following documents must be provided:
A tax file including the articles of association of the company, the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM), the Unique Identification Number (NIU) and the current year's patent ;
- An order form;
- A purchase or pro-forma invoice;
- A certificate of origin for Congolese products (for export);
- A copy of the import declaration (for re-export);
- An expertise bulletin for mining products (for export);
However, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade may request additional documents (authorizations from certain ministries, etc.) for specific goods such as weapons of war, ammunition, art paintings, etc.
